His Love Notes offers standard shipping options to both domestic and international destinations. Most items placed through our website ship in 6-10 business dates as our items are individually made. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update.

FREE SHIPPING We offer free shipping in the USA for orders over $100. International orders over $150.

We have a 30 day return policy. We will not offer you a refund or exchange any item after 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and accepted, we will send an email notifying you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please file a return here. 

Our shirts are unisex shirts that fit true to size. Women should generally size down 1 size and men should fit in their normal size.
